To place a listing, all you need to do is follow the instructions and complete the relevent listing requirement details.

Once this is done, all listings are free.

When a listing has been booked by a user, the system will debit 5% of the total value earned at the end of the month from the registered credit or debit card

 
 
Example

You own a flat or some storage space and want to rent it out.

You enter a description, price, terms and conditions and photos of your marquee onto Rentrino to form a listing.

You add your dates and time frame which your listing can be rented out for.

You will then see your property listing go live and users will start to come to your listing  and will be able to book it for renting.

Remember to check your emails regularly to see what dates have been booked out and by who.

You rent your storage space to your Rentrino customers, arranging any additional details directly with them.

Rentrino will change the listing date according to the booking. If you want to add further dates, go to the Date Management tool and add the new dates.

You can use the site to leave feedback about your customers, visible to other users.

     
     
What Rentrino will charge you at the end of the month?

You rent a room in a flat out for ten days in July at a daily rate of £50, earning a total of £500.

Rentrino will charge 5% of the £500 = £25. An invoice will be sent by email.

You will be asked to submit your credit or debit card, if you have not done so alreadty. Your credit or debit card will be charged at the end of month in which the booking was made. So, for example, say the above July  booking was made in May, Rentrino fees will be administered at the end of May.

If more dates are then booked in June for July, the commission for these will be taken at the end of June.
